1. I learnt what fainting is:
    1. When you sweat a lot and/or are dehydrated, your blood pressure lowers.
    2. After meals, blood flows more to the digestive system and your blood pressure lowers.
    3. When blood pressure is low, it is harder for your heart to supply blood to the brain, as a coping mechanism, you lose consciousness & fall down - often known as fainting or syncope
      1. Lying down helps easier supply of oxygen rich blood to the brain, hence reviving blood supply & maintaining blood pressure
